Jodi came to coaching after a 10-year career in management consultancy with Accenture, followed by 10 years of working in-house in organisation development. She always admired people who proactively plan their careers. Her own career story was largely accidental, for the first 15 years at least, until she decided to make some deliberate choices about the kind of work she loved, and loathed, doing. Jodi has met some incredibly talented people along the way and have worked for some fascinating organisations (ITV, The Football Association, BT, British Airports Authority). Jodi is delighted to count a wide variety of organisations as her clients, such as Bloomberg, WeWork, Activision Blizzard King, All3Media International, FIS WorldPay, Burberry.
Jodi is intrigued by organisational culture and how this shows up in leadership behaviours. She is endlessly curious about what drives individual and team performance, happiness and motivation at work. Whether she is doing one to one exec coaching, working with teams, or delivering talks on topics like Imposter Syndrome, she never stops being grateful that she has found something she loves doing.
