After being diagnosed with ADHD in 2019, Stephanie began to understand the career challenges, personal differences, and concentration struggles she had faced. Embracing her diagnosis, she turned to advocacy, volunteering with ADHD Babes to support women with ADHD through advice, financial assistance, and community. Her work has been featured in Vice, Vogue, and the Harvard Business Review, and her social media advocacy has inspired many to seek their own diagnoses and transform their lives.
In addition to her advocacy, Stephanie is a Careers Adviser who has helped thousands of individuals, from entry-level applicants to experienced professionals, land their dream roles and find meaningful work since 2014. She delivers tailored coaching programs and workshops for various organizations, using her public speaking skills to shift perceptions and empower those living with ADHD.
