Neha Batra is the Head of Business Technology at Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland, responsible for providing innovative vision, strategy and leadership in all areas of the back-office technology and data platforms. With nearly 20 years of experience in various tech roles, including being a software engineer, an ERP Manager and an Enterprise Solution Architect, Neha has a wealth of experience working in the sector. Neha initially joined Domino’s as an ERP Manager in the group’s IT function, quickly rising into a key leadership role as Head of Business Solutions.

Since joining Domino’s, Neha has been responsible for setting up the Microsoft Dynamics Center of Excellence to provide expert guidance and support for the back office technology platform. This has allowed Domino’s to become self-sufficient when implementing new business solutions, bringing greater efficiencies within the business functions. In addition, Neha was an integral part in forming an inclusion and diversity initiative that focused on strengthening collaboration within Domino's IT functions. The initiatives purpose was to increase visibility of colleagues, and in particular women, and celebrate success through continuous engagement, opportunities and empowerment.
