Kerry Adams is Head of CIO Office, Retail Banking Technology, HSBC Group. Kerry plays a pivotal role in enabling success of the CIO responsible for the global technology which underpins HSBC’s Retail Banking products and services with around 6k employees. Kerry undertakes diverse responsibilities that encompass strategic support, operational oversight, governance, internal communication, project management and her passion – employee engagement and wellbeing.
