Jennifer Abdul Maliq Bello
Diversity and Inclusion Trainer

As a passionate advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion, I have dedicated over ten years to championing the rights and voices of marginalised communities, particularly Black, LGBTQ+, and intersectional groups. My journey began at university with grassroots initiatives, started after feeling first hand the challenges of navigating a predominantly white institution and community as a person of colour. B

y developing and delivering impactful EDI training on topics such as accessible workplaces, privilege & allyship and anti-racism, I've equipped organisations across the years with the tools to create meaningful change and have open conversations. Over 6 years in event programming has allowed me to continuously champion the importance of culturally relevant programming in the conversations I have with companies attempting to increase the sense of belonging or the representation of traditionally marginalised communities in their workforce.

My work is driven by a commitment to transforming organisational cultures, making inclusivity an integral part of their fabric. By leveraging my intersectional identity and lived experiences, I create innovative solutions that allows all individuals, regardless of their background or identity to have a seat at the table- and feel comfortable at it.
